Warranty Policy

All egg-shaped chairs purchased from our website come with a 1-year (12 months) warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coverage:

  • The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that are not caused by misuse, alterations, or accidental damage.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or physical damage caused by the user.

Claim Process:

  • If your item is eligible for warranty, please contact our support team at support@eggchairs.co.nz.

  • The item must be returned to our warehouse at:
    29D Cartwright Road, Kelston, Auckland 0602

  • We require a minimum of 14 days to process repairs or replacements.

Replacement / Refund:

  • Depending on the issue, a replacement or refund may be issued after inspection.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear.
